Soyini Ma’at
Co-Founder & Executive Director

This forward-thinking thought leader and passionate Mom-preneur has a track record of success in Entrepreneurship, Business & Program Development, Training, Curriculum Design, Measurement & Evaluation, and Operations. She is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Bright Learning Academy, an education non-profit providing customized tutorial services focused on closing the achievement gap for children in under resourced communities. She is also the Founder of Quantum Power Skills, a professional consulting firm in Training, Coaching and Development that teaches clients how to empower their leadership teams to high performance and spark innovation using metaphysical principles to drive impact.

Soyini has been featured on the NBC Today show, Discovery Health Channel, and in Weddings magazine. In 2012 she started a Homeschool Co-op in Bergen County. She is formerly the Education Director for the Harlem NJTL. In 2016, Bright Learning Academy hosted Caribbean-American’s Heritage and business contributions at the White House

She received her undergraduate degree in Economics from Emory University and holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership. She has practiced a spiritually-centered lifestyle for the past 18 years. She is an energy practitioner and living proof we all have the power to heal ourselves, overcoming any thoughts, emotions and mindsets that keep us stuck. She loves to travel, study spirituality, and do yoga. In her spare time, she enjoys moments with her family, friends and in nature. Soyini currently resides in Orlando, FL and is available for public speaking engagements and individual coaching

 

Renee Campbell
Co-Founder & Chief Operations Officer

Renee Campbell attended Seton hall University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a double minor in Child psychology and Education. Ms. Campbell’s certifications are specialized in Early intervention and Special Education with a concentration in Autism Spectrum Disorder and Applied Behavior Analysis.

While completing her Nursing degree Renee’s passion for education continued through one-on-one tutorial services. Renee has striven to meet the challenges she faced while helping her students continue learning after they left her instruction. As an absolute believer in effective communication, she listened, establishing continuous communication and rapport among herself, students, parents and their classroom teachers, developing a nurturing environment for learning that involved enthusiasm, flexibility and a willingness to change and adapt. Realizing that every child has the innate ability to learn, given proper time management and instruction based off of learning style, Renee became an advocate for child-centered education.
